Final Advert: Krave.
My Advert and Evaluation.
Evaluation
The ideologies attached to my advert are tasty and irresistible; you can see this in my advert as the female model is pushing the male model away from the bowl of cereal as it’s so nice. My target audience for this advert are mainly all people that eat cereal as they are most likely going to be the buyers of the product, though young children and teenagers would most probably buy the product or ask their parents to buy it as the models in the advert are children. Referring to Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs my advert is targeting physiological needs; this is because my advert is selling food. From Maslow’s Hierarchy of need my advert also targets Love/Belonging this is because my advert is humorous and it relates to sibling rivalry. The persuasive technique I’ve used in my advert is humour; you can see this as the female model is pushing at the male models head and the slogan ‘Sharing is so NOT caring’ is humorous. I have represented the models in my advert as stereotypical working class siblings fighting over cereal in the morning.
